Lititz Borough – The LBPD investigated a crash that occurred on 11/15/2021 at around 4:32pm on South Broad Street in the area of West Seventh Street.  The crash occurred when a vehicle driven by Jessica MILLER, age 23, of Lititz turned left in front of a vehicle driven by Richard BAUMGGARDNER, age 40, of Lititz.  No one was injured in the collision but MILLER’s vehicle did require towing.  MILLER was cited by Police for Turning movements and required signals and Driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked. 

MILLER is presumed innocent.
