LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 05/07/2021 at 12:51 AM in the 200 Block of Landis Valley Road. A vehicle driven by Dava J. FREDERICK, age 23, of Lititz, left the roadway and struck a telephone pole. No injuries were reported by FREDERICK's vehicle required towing from the scene. Power to the area was out as a result of the crash. A summary traffic citation has been filed against FREDERICK, alleging she committed the traffic offense of Roadways Laned for Traffic. FREDERICK has been summoned to respond to District Court.

FREDERICK is presumed innocent.
