LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 08/05/2021 at 7:59 AM in the 300 Block of South Spruce Street.

A vehicle driven by David BROWN, age 39, of Lititz, left the roadway and struck a curb and tree which were adjacent to the roadway. BROWN was transported by ambulance to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. A summary traffic citation has been filed against BROWN alleging he committed the summary traffic offense of Roadways Laned for Travel. BROWN has been summoned to respond to District Court.

BROWN is presumed innocent.
