LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 05/01/2023 around 5:05 pm in the 700 Block of South Broad Street (SR0501). A vehicle attempted to enter onto South Broad Street from a private business, failing to yield to the right-of-way of an oncoming vehicle. One vehicle required towing from the scene and no injuries were reported. A summary traffic citation has been filed against the driver of the vehicle attempting to enter the roadway. That driver has been summoned to respond to District Court.
