LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on South Broad Street at West Second Avenue on 04/15/2023 around 3:43 pm.

A vehicle traveling north-bound on South Broad Street struck the rear of the vehicle ahead of it. Following the crash, the driver of the striking vehicle fled the scene. That driver was subsequently identified and has been cited with a traffic violation related to the hit-and-run. That driver has been summoned to respond to District Court. No injuries were reported.
