LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD investigated a crash that occurred on 07/04/2021 around 6:26pm at the intersection of East Sixth Street and South Cedar Street.  A vehicle driven by a Joshua GERSHEY, age 27, of State College, failed to stop at the stop sign at this intersection and was truck by a vehicle driven by Manuel ORTIZ, age 24, of Lititz.   No injuries were reported and neither vehicle required towing.

GERSHEY was cited by Police for Duties at Stop Signs.

GERSHEY is presumed innocent.
