The LBPD patrol function has filed a summary non-traffic citation against Veronica Lynn DAY (age 61), of Lititz, alleging a violation of the Lititz Borough Ordinance, Dogs Restricted from Running at Large.

On 05/13/2020, around 1:00 PM, DAY's dog ran off of DAY's property and attacked another dog which was being walked by it's owner across the street.  The LBPD has posted an initial request for public assistance in locating the dog's owner.  That original post can be accessed by clicking here.  DAY has been summoned to respond to District Court.

DAY is presumed innocent.
