JUVENILE ARRESTED

On 3/25/26 at 2:35 pm, the LBPD filed charges against a 15-year-old Lititz female for Criminal Trespass and Disorderly Conduct.  The WHS security officer requested assistance from the LBPD with an unruly student.  This student would not leave the classroom and caused disruption to her classmates' education and also caused an inconvenience to the staff who had to tend to the situation. The juvenile was arrested and transported to station.  

The Juvenile was petitioned to Lancaster County Juvenile Probation.

The Juvenile is presumed innocent.
