LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 06/23/2026 at 2:02 pm on Woodcrest Avenue at its intersection with Second Avenue. A Ford Taurus traveling North on Woodcrest Avenue rear-ended a Toyota Rav4 that was stopped on Woodcrest Avenue, facing North, waiting to turn left onto Second Avenue. The driver of the Ford said she saw the Toyota slowing down but was unable to stop in time. There were no reported injuries, but both vehicles sustained significant damage and had to be towed.

The driver of the Ford was cited for following too closely.
