Police responded to a 911 call about a female lying partially in the roadway at the 100 Block East Second Avenue on 11/21/2015 at 2:56 am.  Police located Kristen R. LAYTON, 37, Lititz, intoxicated.  LAYTON was provided with a ride home and cited with Public Drunkenness.  LAYTON has been summoned into District Court.
