LITITZ BOROUGH – The LBPD Patrol Function filed a Summary Non-Traffic Citation against a 17-year-old Juvenile for Possession of Alcoholic Beverages. 

On August 22, 2026 at approximately 11:30 pm, LBPD officers observed a vehicle idling in the parking lot of a local park with no one in the vehicle. An individual coming from the restrooms began walking toward the officers and discarded, what was later found to be a half full White Claw can, in the grass. A can of White Claw was also found in the cup holder next to the front seat of the vehicle.  The individual was identified as a 17-year-old male and was instructed to contact a parent to pick him up.

The Juvenile has been summoned to respond to District Court. He is presumed innocent.
