LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function has filed summary non-traffic citation against a 15 year old juvenile from Lititz for a violation of the Lititz Borough Curfew Ordinance. 

On 06/22/2026 at 2:09 am, an LBPD officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle with an inoperable headlamp. During the stop, the officer recognized the passenger, from previous interactions, as being a juvenile. The Lititz Borough Curfew Ordinance prohibits minors "to remain in or upon any public place or to remain in any motor vehicle operating or parked therein or thereon or to remain in or upon an establishment in Lititz Borough after hours. The period of time between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am on Sunday through Thursday nights and 12:00 midnight and 6:00 am on Friday and Saturday nights."

The juvenile has been summoned to respond to District Court.

The juvenile is presumed innocent.
