LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a summary non-traffic citation against a 14 year-old juvenile, alleging they committed the crime of Criminal Mischief. On 01/17/2023 around 2:00 pm, it was alleged the juvenile engaged in an act of criminal mischief that occurred in the 300 Block of West Orange Street. The juvenile has been summoned to respond to District Court.

The juvenile is presumed innocent.
