Juvenile Arrest

On 3/10/26 at 10:45 am, the LBPD filed charges against a 14-year-old Lititz male for Simple Assault. This juvenile pushed another 14-year-old student twice into a concrete wall causing them to strike their head.  The juvenile punched the victim in the face causing the victim to fall to the floor.  Later, as the victim was walking away to go get help from the school nurse, the juvenile pursued and struck the victim from behind three times in the back of the head. This incident was observed on school security footage. The victim had to be medically treated and was diagnosed with an acute concussion.

The Juvenile was petitioned to Lancaster County Juvenile Probation.

The Juvenile is presumed innocent.
