LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD arrested a 15-year-old juvenile from Lancaster for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass.

On 07/02/2022 around 6:42pm, LBPD officers assigned to the fireworks detail inside the Lititz Springs Park were alerted by members of the park security of a disturbance near the entrance to the park.  LBPD officers responded and located the involved juvenile.  Park Security reported that the juvenile bypassed the security gate and entered the park without paying the admission fee.  The juvenile then refused to leave the park and fought with Park security.  LBPD officers spoke with the juvenile and attempted to have him leave the park without arresting the juvenile but again the juvenile refused.  LBPD then arrested the juvenile and transported him to station.   The juvenile was subsequently released to a parent.  Officers then filed two non-traffic citations against the juvenile for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass.  The juvenile will be summoned to appear in District Court. 

The Juvenile is presumed innocent.
