LITITZ BOROUGH – The LBPD Patrol Function filed a juvenile allegation against a 14-year-old juvenile male from Brownstown, PA, alleging the crime of Robbery-Inflict Threat Immediate Bodily Injury, and two counts of Simple Assault.

On August 8, 2026, at approximately 4:00 PM, LBPD officers were dispatched for a disturbance in progress.  The reporting person stated there were three juvenile males bullying another juvenile male and the bullied male was bleeding.  

During the course of the incident, the bullied juvenile male was shot three times with a bb handgun and had visible injuries and sustained puncture wounds consistent with a pellet/ bb gun in his hand and forearm. The arrested juvenile male also placed the bb gun to the victim's head, slapped the victim in the back of the head with the gun, and stole his jacket.  The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.

The arrested juvenile is summoned to juvenile court.

The juvenile is presumed innocent.
