LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 11/01/2021 around 10:34 PM in the 000 Block of Arrowhead Drive.

A vehicle driven by Amanda L. TOKAR, age 32, of New Holland, was traveling east-bound on Arrowhead Driver when she left the lane of travel, struck a legally parked (unoccupied) vehicle and rolled-over. TOKAR was not injured as a result of the crash. Both TOKAR's vehicle and the parked vehicle were towed from the scene. It is alleged that TOKAR was found to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash and she was taken into custody. TOKAR provided evidential samples of her breath which indicated a 0.196% BrAC. TOKAR was subsequently released from custody and has been summoned to appear in District Court for a preliminary arraignment and preliminary hearing.
