Police responded to a report of a male passed out in the roadway next to a bicycle on 07-09-2015 at 4:02 am in the 1st Block of Maple Lane.  Police located Justin Lee GETZ, 27, Lititz, intoxicated and sleeping on the roadway next to his bicycle.  GETZ was taken into custody and transported home.  GETZ has been charged with public drunkenness and has been summoned into District Court.
