LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a juvenile allegation and affidavit of probable cause against a 17 year-old juvenile, alleging they committed the crime of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and the summary traffic offenses of Duties at Stop Signs and Junior Drivers' Licenses.

On 01/23/2021 around 11:53 PM, the juvenile failed to stop for a posted stop sign and is alleged to have been found under the influence of a controlled substance. The juvenile was taken into custody. The juvenile submitted samples of their blood which subsequently identified quantities of an illegal controlled substance.

The juvenile is presumed innocent.
