LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function responded to a disturbance between a resident in the 300 Block of East Front Street and a snow plow operator who had been contracted by a private entity to remove snow and spread salt. 

The resident confronted the operator about the noise created from an idling vehicle in the area. The complaint was received at 12:37 AM. The resident and the operated had a verbal exchange related to the issue raised by the resident. Responding officers determined no criminal activity occurred and offered suggestions on how to resolve a similar concern in the future.
