LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function has filed a summary non-traffic citation against a 16 year-old male juvenile from the Lititz area, alleging he committed the crime of Disorderly Conduct.

On 03/30/2022 around 3:13 PM, the LBPD responded to the 300 Block of West Maple Street after a report was made about juveniles inside of a parked vehicle who were smoking marijuana. Officers located the juvenile in the driver seat and in possession of a small amount of marijuana. The juvenile was released from the scene and a summary non-traffic citation has been filed. The juvenile has been summoned to respond to District Court.

The juvenile is presumed innocent.
