LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 01/11/2022 around 9:33 AM at the intersection of Kleine Street & Warwick Street.

A vehicle driven by Brenda J. COFFIN, age 62, of Lititz, failed to stop at the posted stop sign and struck a vehicle driven by Neal A. STEMPLINGER, age 59, of Lancaster. No injuries were reported but COFFIN's vehicle required towing. A summary traffic citation has been filed against COFFIN, alleging she committed the traffic offense of Duties at Stop Signs. COFFIN has been summoned to respond to District Court.

COFFIN is presumed innocent.
