LITITZ BOROHGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 08/02/2022 around 6:58 PM at the intersection of West Orange Street (SR0772) & South Spruce Street.

A vehicle driven by Darlene ESTRADA, age 36, of Lancaster, attempted to make a u-turn within the intersection and was struck by a vehicle driven by Elaine J. SPANGLER, age 67, of Lititz. A summary traffic citation was filed against ESTRADA, alleging she committed a violation of the PA Vehicle Code, section titled "Limitations on Turning Around." ESTRADA has been summoned to respond to District Court.

ESTRADA is presumed innocent.
