Crash Investigation - South Oak Street

LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 12/03/2021 around 3:14 PM in the 100 Block of South Oak Street.

A vehicle driven by Angela LINGO, age 43, of Lititz, left the lane of travel and struck a legally parked, unoccupied, vehicle. No injuries were reported, but both vehicles required towing from the scene.  A summary traffic citation has been filed against LINGO, alleging she committed the traffic offense of Roadways Laned for Traffic. LINGO has been summoned to respond to District Court.

LINGO is presumed innocent.
