LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 06/26/2022 around 11:05 PM in the 700 Block of South Cedar Street.

A vehicle driven by Joseph H. ATEN, age 19, of Lancaster, left the lane of travel and struck a legally parked, unoccupied, vehicle on the opposite side of the street. No injuries were reported but ATEN's vehicle required towing. A summary traffic citation has been filed against ATEN, alleging he violated the PA Vehicle Code, section titled Driving Upon Sidewalk. ATEN has been summoned to respond to District Court.

ATEN is presumed innocent.
