LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 01/13/2022 around 4:40 PM at the intersection of North Broad Street (SR0501) & East Main Street (SR0772).

A vehicle driven by Alexis J. LOYOLA-SANCHEZ, age 23, of Myerstown, failed to stop for a red traffic signal and struck a vehicle driven by Amanda L. HICKS, age 41, of Lancaster. No injuries were reported. LOYOLA-SANCHEZ was cited for the summary traffic offense of Traffic-Control Signals and has been summoned to respond to District  Court.

LOYOLA-SANCHEZ is presumed innocent.
