Crash Investigation - North Broad Street

LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 12/17/2021 around 7:23 PM at the intersection of North Broad Street (SR0501) and E/W Lincoln Avenue.

A vehicle driven by Ashley N. SPRAGUE, age 25, of Lititz, failed to stop for a red traffic light and struck a vehicle driven by Alex M. FISCHER, age 26, of Columbia. No injuries were reported and SPRAGUE's vehicle required towing. Summary traffic citations were filed against SPRAGUE alleging she committed the traffic offenses of Traffic-Control Signals, Operation Following Suspension of Vehicle Registration, Required Financial Responsibility and Registration and Certificate of Title Required. Additionally, a summary non-traffic citation was filed alleging that SPRAGUE was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. SPRAGUE has been summoned to respond to District Court.

SPRAGUE is presumed innocent.
