LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 04/08/2022 around 5:25 PM at the intersection of North Broad Street (SR0501) and North Lane.

A vehicle driven by Gabriel C. CHIRICO, age 22, of Lititz, struck the rear of the vehicle ahead of him, driven by Angela WEILDER, age 27, of Ephrata. No injuries were reported. A traffic citation has been filed against CHIRICO, alleging he committed the summary traffic offense of Following Too Closley. CHIRICO has been summoned to respond to District Court.

CHIRICO is presumed innocent.
