LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a non-injury crash that occurred on 07/18/2021 at 5:28 PM at the intersection of North Broad Street (SR0501) & East Front Street.

A vehicle pulling a trailer, driven by Theodore C. LEHMIER, age 66, of Lititz, turned onto East Front Street from North Broad Street. In the process of making the turn, LEHMIER's trailer struck a vehicle driven by Hilli H. MAHAMAT, age 21, of Lancaster. No injuries were reported. A summary traffic citation was filed against LEHMIER, alleging he committed the summary traffic offense of Roadways Laned for Traffic. LEHMIER has been summoned to respond to District Court.

LEHMIER is presumed innocent.
