LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 06/08/2022 around 3:05 PM, at the intersection of Kissel Hill Road & South Oak Street.

A vehicle driven by Flossine TOMLIN, age 73, of Marietta, proceeded into the intersection without clearance and struck a vehicle driven by Adam M. CAPATCH, age 22, of Lancaster. No injuries were reported. A summary traffic citation was filed against TOMLIN, alleging she committed a violation of the PA Vehicle Code, section Duties at Stop Signs. TOMLIN has been summoned to respond to District Court.

TOMLIN is presumed innocent.
