LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function investigated a crash that occurred on 12/03/2021 around 5:10 PM in the 000 Block of East Second Avenue.

A vehicle driven by Phyllis G. MURPHY, age 68, of Lititz, struck the mirror of a vehicle in the oncoming lane of travel, which was stopped in a line of traffic. That vehicle was driven by Melissa D. KILGORE, age 41, of Lititz. No injuries were reported. A summary traffic citation was filed against MURPHY, alleging she committed the summary traffic offense of Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic. MURPHY has been summoned to respond to District Court.

MURPHY is presumed innocent.
