LITITZ BOROUGH - A resident of the 200 Block of South Broad Street discovered that someone had entered onto their porch and stole Halloween decorations. The theft occurred on Saturday, October 23rd around 1:20 PM. The likeness of the suspect has been captured on private video footage which is attached to this post to aid in their identification.
