LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a summary non-traffic citation against a 14-year-old male juvenile from Lititz alleging he committed the crime of harassment.  

On November 17, 2023, at 2:53 pm, the Lititz Borough Police Department was dispatched to the 300 blk of W. Orange St. for a disturbance.  Upon arrival, it was discovered that the juvenile had gotten physical with an adult male and challenged the adult male to a fight.  The juvenile has been summoned to respond in District Court.  

The juvenile is presumed innocent.
