LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a summary non-traffic citation against Chrystal S. ZAVALA, age 33, of Lititz, for Disorderly Conduct. 

During a traffic stop, the officer could smell the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. As the driver was retrieving documents from the glove box, the officer noticed a clear plastic baggie containing marijuana, which was determined to belong to ZAVALA. 

ZAVALA has been summoned to respond to District Court for a preliminary hearing. 

ZAVALA is presumed innocent.
