RETAIL THEFT

LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Iona TREADWAY, age 67, of Manheim, alleging she committed the crime of Retail Theft. 

On May 31, 2026, at approximately 8:33 pm, LBPD was contacted by Weis Market/Loss Prevention regarding a female that had taken $21.34 worth of merchandise, by failing to scan them at the self-checkout.  TREADWAY was placed under arrest and brought back to station for processing.  

TREADWAY has been summoned to respond to district court.

TREADWAY is presumed innocent.
