LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a summary non-traffic citation against Matthew B. PINI, age 38, of Lititz, alleging he committed the offense of Public Drunkenness. On 01/24/2026 at approximately 10:21 PM, LBPD officers responded to the first block of East Main Street for a male who was observed by bystanders manifestly under the influence of alcohol and was attempting to get in his vehicle. On scene officers observed PINI entering the driver seat of his vehicle. PINI showed obvious signs of intoxication and informed officers that he had contacted an UBER, but upon arrival, the UBER driver denied him transportation. LBPD then provided PINI a ride home.

PINI has been summoned to respond to District Court.

PINI is presumed innocent.
