LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against ORTEGA, Marisol, age 59, of Willow Street, PA alleging she committed the crime of Driving Under the Influence.

On 12/24/25 at around 1:25am, the officer initiated a traffic stop for swerving and driving over the yellow lines. During the stop ORTEGA exhibited signs of impairment and was requested to perform field sobriety testing. ORTEGA was subsequently transported to LBPD for the purpose of determining the amount of alcohol.   She has been summoned to respond to District Court for preliminary arraignment and a preliminary hearing.

ORTEGA is presumed innocent.
