LITITZ BOROUGH – The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Jakob NAZZARO, age 18, of Lititz, alleging he committed the crimes of criminal trespass and theft.

On January 12th, 2026 LBPD was dispatched to a Burglary – In Progress. It was reported by campus security that NAZZARO gained access to a closed restaurant via subterfuge and surreptitiously remained, stealing property therein prior to leaving. 

On 01/23/2026, NAZZARO was taken into custody on an arrest warrant and transported to Lancaster County Prison Central Booking for immediate preliminary arraignment.  

NAZZARO is presumed innocent.
