LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against, Madison MOYER, age 27, of Lancaster, PA alleging she committed the crime of Driving Under the Influence.

On 9/9/26 around 10:30 pm, the officer initiated a traffic stop for a vehicle being driven on the wrong side of the road. The vehicle was over the double yellow lines dividing the eastbound lane form the westbound lane.  During the stop, MOYER exhibited signs of impairment and was requested to perform field sobriety testing.  MOYER was subsequently transported to LBPD for the purpose of determining the amount of alcohol.   She has been summoned to respond to District Court for preliminary arraignment and a preliminary hearing.

MOYER is presumed innocent.
