PFA Violation

The Lititz Borough Police Department - Michael Meers of Lititz, PA, was charged with one count of Contempt for Violation of Order or Agreement, for violating a Protection from Abuse order that was served on him.  Meers has been texting and calling the plaintiff which Meers is prohibited from having any contact with the plaintiff under this order either directly or indirectly.   Upon investigating, the officer confirmed this was a PFA violation.
