LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Quinn MCCARTY, age 23, of Lancaster, PA alleging he committed the crime of Driving Under the Influence.

On 2/22/26 at 2:20 am, the officer initiated a traffic stop because a driver made an illegal left-hand turn, for swerving and driving over the yellow lines, and driving over the speed limit. During the stop, MCCARTY exhibited signs of impairment and was requested to perform field sobriety testing. MCCARTY was subsequently transported to LBPD for the purpose of determining the amount of alcohol.   He has been summoned to respond to District Court for preliminary arraignment and a preliminary hearing.
