The LBPD has filed a summary non-traffic citation against Erin KRUSHINSKI, age 39, of Lititz, for Harassment.  

On 07/5/2026 at 5:00AM, the Lititz Borough Police Department was dispatched to N New Street for a domestic disturbance.  KRUSHINSKI was charged with harassment after kicking another female in the chest and causing her to fall backwards down the stairs. 

KRUSHINSKI is presumed innocent.
