LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Robert E. Johnson, Jr, age 21, of Lititz, alleging he committed the crime of Simple Assault-Domestic Violence. 

On 07/19/2026 at approximately 9:00 pm, LBPD officers responded to a domestic in progress on Swarthmore Drive. The victim reported being punched in the head multiple times by JOHNSON during an argument. The victim's face had redness in the area she described being hit. 

JOHNSON was taken into custody and was transported to Lancaster County Prison Central Booking for immediate preliminary arraignment.

JOHNSON is presumed innocent.
