LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Oleh IONOV, age 35, of Lititz alleging he committed the crime of Strangulation.

On 02/15/2026 at approximately 1900 hours, LBPD officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Pennwick Drive for a domestic in progress. Upon arrival, the victim told officers she had been strangled by IONOV after a verbal dispute. The victim had visible red marks around her neck. IONOV, who was still on scene, was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison for immediate preliminary arraignment. 

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled.

IONOV is presumed innocent.
