LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Airel R. HILLARY, age 27, of Lititz, for Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana. 

On 08/28/2026 at approximately 8:24 am, LBPD officers were dispatched to a report of a female walking in and out of her home and yelling in the 600 block of South Cedar Street. While on scene, officers spoke with HILLARY who was found to be in possession of approximately 3.68 grams of marijuana.

HILLARY has been summoned to respond to District Court for preliminary arraignment and a preliminary hearing.

HILLARY is presumed innocent.
