Public Drunk and Harassment

LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed two summary non-traffic citations against Zachary HIBSHMAN, age 28, of Reinholds, alleging he committed the offense of Public Drunkenness and Harassment. On 3/7/26 at around 1:30 am, the LBPD was patrolling when the officer heard loud yelling.  The officer located the incident on E Main Street which resulted in the filing of the citations. HIBSHMAN has been summoned to respond to District Court.

HIBSHMAN is presumed innocent.
