LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against, Laura HAWKINS age 54, of Lititz, PA alleging she committed the crime of Driving Under the Influence.

On 3/6/26 at around 11:35 pm, the officer initiated a traffic stop for a vehicle stopping beyond the white line and a registration light not functioning. During the stop, HAWKINS exhibited signs of impairment and was requested to perform field sobriety testing. HAWKINS was subsequently transported to LBPD for the purpose of determining the amount of alcohol.   She has been summoned to respond to District Court for preliminary arraignment and a preliminary hearing.

HAWKINS is presumed innocent.
