LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a summary non-traffic citation against Jason L. HARTENSTINE, age 50, of Lititz, alleging he committed the offense of Harassment. The victim reported re unwanted physical contact and being repeatedly taunted by HARTENSTINE. 

HARTENSTINE has been summoned to respond to District Court.

HARTENSTINE is presumed innocent.
