LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Sean CHAMBERS, age 44, of Lititz, alleging he committed the crime of Driving Under the Influence.
On 8/12/26 at around 10:33 pm, officers were notified that a vehicle was stuck on the train tracks on the first block of North Broad Street. When officers arrived at scene, they observed CHAMBERS leaning on his vehicle, an alcohol box on the ground, and another alcohol box on the roof the vehicle. It was confirmed that CHAMBERS drove his vehicle off the roadway and got stuck onto the train tracks. As officers spoke with CHAMBERS, he exhibited signs of impairment and was requested to perform field sobriety testing. A search was also done, and a THC was found on CHAMBERS.
CHAMBERS was subsequently transported to LBPD station to perform a breath test and has been summoned to respond to District Court for preliminary arraignment and a preliminary hearing.
CHAMBERS is presumed innocent.
