Lancaster, PA – On September 8, 2026, at approximately 9:22 p.m., officers with the Lancaster Township Police Department were conducting traffic enforcement in the area of Columbia Avenue and Rider Avenue when they observed a vehicle being operated after dark without its headlights illuminated.
Officers initiated a traffic stop and identified the driver as Kendall S. Johnson. During the investigation, officers determined that Johnson was operating a motor vehicle while his driving privileges were suspended. The suspension was determined to be related to prior DUI convictions.
As a result of the investigation, Johnson was charged with Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked for DUI-Related Offenses, a Misdemeanor of the Third Degree.
The charge was filed before Magisterial District Judge Mary Mongiovi-Sponaugle of Magisterial District Court 02-2-03 in Lancaster County.
